Step 1
In a bowl mix your sour milk ( make sure it is only a day or two past it’s best by date nothing crazy like a month old :)) add 1/4 tsp baking soda and stir to combine

Whisk in the 2 eggs then Sift in 200 grams cake flour then add the sugar and salt and mix until just combined

Step 3
Gently grease a pan on low heat then pour half the batter in and cover with a lid . After about 5-7 minutes the pancake has bubbles and is no longer shiny on top so flip then cook a further 2 minutes . Best to serve this warm with butter and syrup
