Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180 degrees C
Step 2
Break bread into small pieces and place into an air fryer safe baking dish
Step 3
Drizzle melted butter or margarine over bread.
Step 4
In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla.
Step 5
Pour over bread, and lightly push down with a fork until bread is covered and soaking up the egg mixture.
Step 6
Bake for 30 minutes, or until the top springs back when lightly tapped
