Step 1
In a bowl, whisk together flour, salt, milk, and egg.

Mix until you get a watery consistency. Add a bit more milk if needed.

Next, cover with wrap and chill in fridge for an hour (even overnight!) If you don't have time, you can start cooking straight away.

On low- medium heat, coat the pan evenly with butter.

Pour a scoop of batter and quickly spread it thinly all over the pan.

When you start seeing tiny holes forming in the middle part of the pancake, flip and cook for another 1-2 mins!

Once all the crepes have been made, place one on a flat surface.

Fold it in half, spread the nutella and roll!
