APPLE PANCAKES!๐ŸŽ Ingredients * 1 apple, peeled, cored and chopped ๐ŸŽ * 50ml milk of choice (I used oat milk) ๐Ÿฅ› * 50g oat๐ŸŒพ * 1 egg ๐Ÿฅš * 1/2 teaspoon baking powder * 1 big tablespoon of smooth almond butter (for extra iron๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป!) Method 1. Place all the ingredients into a food processor/blender and pulse until they form a smooth batter. 2. Heat a non sticky skillet on medium heat and grease it with coconut oil (or the oil/butter of choice) 3. Pour 1-2 tablespoons of batter using a spoon to spread out the mixture. 4. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown. 5. Serve and Buon appetito! ๐Ÿ˜‹ ๐Ÿ‘ถ๐Ÿป Suitable from 6+ months (Iโ€™d suggest to avoid baking powder for under 1s) โ„๏ธ Store in the fridge in an airtight container for a couple of days, or freeze for up to 3 months
