Pulled Pork Stuffed Pablano Peppers

Instructions

Step 1
Smoke 2 blocks of seasoned cream cheese at 275 degrees for 2.5 hours. Put in a bowl while warm with 2 cups of shredded sharp cheddar cheese and mix together.
Step 2
Cut peppers in half and clean out seeds. Put a layer of cream cheese mixture in each pepper half and then some pulled pork. Wrap the peppers in bacon. Place them on the smoker at 275-300 degrees for one hour or until the bacon is cooked as desired. Enjoy!!!
