For the Glaze

Step 1
Add your Miss Lena’s Buttermilk Biscuit mix to a bowl.
Step 2
Add sugar and whisk to combine.
Step 3
Grate 1 stick of butter into the flour/sugar mixture.
Step 4
Mix well and add dried blueberries.
Step 5
Add buttermilk and mix until a dough forms. Try not to over mix.
Step 6
On a floured surface, roll out the dough and fold it four times. Repeat that process and then roll it out to desired thickness and cut into rounds.
Step 7
Place on baking tray and Brush tops of biscuits with buttermilk. Bake on 450 for 12-15 mins.
Step 8
Brush on melted butter once out of the oven and then drizzle on vanilla glaze. Add holiday sprinkles if you are feeling merry and bright.
