Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 Fahrenheit.

Line a standard muffin tin with paper liners.

Cream butter, peanut butter, and sugar until smooth.

Beat (or mix) in eggs until smooth.

Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt to peanut butter mixture.

Add milk to bowl. Mix until just combined.

Spoon batter into each muffin cup until half filled.

Add a half teaspoon of jam to the top of each muffin cup.

Divide remaining batter to the tops of the muffin cups.

Add a little more jam to the top of the muffin cups.

Bake at 350 for 20+ minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
