Instructions

Step 1
Place the oven rack in the middle of the oven. Preheat to 350°F.
Step 2
Prepare a 9x9 inch baking dish by greasing with non-stick spray and lining with parchment paper. Set aside.
Step 3
In a medium bowl whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
Step 4
In another medium bowl whisk together melted butter, and sugar until fully combined.
Step 5
Whisk in the egg and vanilla.
Step 6
Fold in dry ingredients, making sure to scrap the side of the bowl so that all the flour is fully incorporated. The batter will be thick.
Step 7
Fold in peanut butter chips so they are evenly distributed.
Step 8
Evenly smooth the blondie batter into the prepared baking dish.
Step 9
In a small bowl add grape jam and mix until the jam is smooth and runny.
Step 10
Dollop spoonfuls of the jam across the batter, and gently swirl the jam through the batter with a butter knife.
Step 11
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
Step 12
Let cool for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to completely cool.
Step 13
Cut into desired pieces.
