Instructions

Step 1
Wash shrimps with water
Step 2
In one bowl, take 1 cup coconut milk, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 condensed milk
Step 3
In another bowl, take 3 tbps of corn starch and 5 tbps of water and mix
Step 4
In another bowl, take washed shrimp and put 3 tbps of corn starch and 1 egg. Mix with hand
Step 5
In a pot pour at least 15oz of oil. Wait till popping.
Step 6
Drop 1/2 of shrimp in fry. Take out within 5 minutes
Step 7
Repeat
Step 8
Wait for 2 minutes for shrimp to cool and re-fry all of it.
Step 9
In a bigger skillet, pour the coconut milk mixture and sprinkle 1 tap of ground ginger and mix
Step 10
Slowly add the corn starch mixture from beginning.
Step 11
Stir until gunk texture.
Step 12
Pour shrimp into gunk and mix.
Step 13
Wait 1 minutes for glaze then serve
