Step 1
Heat oil on medium to high heat and put in your rice.
Step 2
You're going to stir it until its browned up a bit. While the rice is browning up, blend up the tomatoes, onion, garlic, and a cup of water.
Step 3
When its done blending, check the measurement to see if its more than a cup. There should be a total of 4 cups in the pot for the 2 cups of rice.
Step 4
When the rice is browned, pour in the tomato mixture and stir for 30 seconds.
Step 5
Pour in the remainder water needed and add your chicken bouillon. Stir until its mixed well and taste. Add salt if needed.
Step 6
Bring to a boil. Once its starts boiling, cover and turn it to low. Set a timer for 20 min. After the timer is done, turn off the heat and rice should be done.
