1 tea spoonxanthan gum
Instructions
Step 1
Put everything but the flour and the cheese and meats into the food mixer.
Step 2
Set food mixer to 37° and set slow speed 2/10 for 2 minutes
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 180°
Step 4
in a bowl mix the flours with the backing powder and gum
Step 5
Add the flour to the food mixer and use the bread dough mixing program “wheat cob” or something similar for 3 to 5 minutes
Step 6
In an external bowl, tall enough, mix the cheeses, meat bits and dough together with a wooden spoon.
Step 7
mix very well and fill an oven baking recipient
Step 8
put the recipient in the hot oven and inspect with a spoon or a gluten free spaghetti strand. It’s done when the strand comes out dry or without residue
Step 9
