1 cupwhite sugar

½ cupkosher salt

¾ cupmayonnaise

¼ cupapple cider vinegar

2 Tbspdijon mustard

1 tspfreshly ground black pepper

Instructions
Step 1
Combine cabbage, onion, carrots, and parsley




Step 2
Toss with sugar and salt


Step 3
Rest for 5 minutes
Step 4
Rinse slaw with cold water and strain
Step 5
Combine mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, dijon mustard,sugar, and black pepper
