Anabolic Chocolate Ice Cream

One serving of this is so much chocolatey goodness! Even if your stomach is a black hole like mine this will fill you up for sure. This is really my favorite anabolic recipe. I like to top with a crushed up chocolate mini and low-calorie chocolate syrup.

Instructions

Step 1
(Skip this step if you have a powerful blender) Add all ice to your blender/food processor and blend until it becomes like snow.
Step 2
Now add all the ingredients to the blender and blend for 1 minute on medium-high speed until there is a smooth consistency. Slowly add a tablespoon of milk/water at a time if it's not blending. You might have to scrape the sides/bottom to ensure all ingredients are blended. Add sweetener to taste.
Step 3
Pour into a bowl or eat straight out of the blender (and don't lick the blades!!!) and consume immediately. Drizzle with low-calorie syrup, fruit or anything you like.
