Instructions

Step 1
Heat skillet to medium heat.
Step 2
In a large bowl whisk Kodiak Cakes Mix, water, yogurt, eggs and stevia together.
Step 3
Once combined, stir in the chia seeds and lemon zest.
Step 4
Pour 1/4 cup of the mixture onto the skillet. When small bubbles begin to form on the top, flip the pancakes over. Repeat for the remaining batter.
Step 5
Stir the Greek yogurt and syrup together in a bowl.
Step 6
Divide the amount of pancakes by the number of servings, and top each serving with one teaspoon butter, then drizzle the yogurt/syrup mixture over the top.
