Nando’s Chicken, Rice & Halloumi one pot wonder 👌🏽 I’m a fan of a one pot chicken and rice dish I’m sure you’ve figured that out 🙈 … so thought I’d share another one that’s really nice and low cal high protein First marinade your chicken in the sauce while you prep then cook your onions and peppers, add in the chicken and cook for 5 mins then add the spices, the rice and stock and just simmer away stirring now and then ~ allow all the rice to cook in the pan and completely absorb the flavours 👌🏽 when it’s ready cook your Halloumi seperate until golden, serve together with freshly chopped parsley A super quick and simple meal and a great way to batch Cook… 🤍
