2 Coat flour

2 tspcinnamon

½ tspsalt

½ tspbaking soda

1egg
room temp

4 Tbspbutter
softened

0.33 Choney
or maple syrup

1.25 CApple butter
or apple sauce

¼ cmilk

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350.

Step 2
In a medium sized bowl, whisk together all dry ingredients.

Step 3
In a second bowl, mix together wet ingredients. Add to dry ingredients bowl. Mix just until combined.
Step 4
Grease and parchment line a 9x9 pan. Add batter and bake for 30 minutes. Check for doneness by inserting a butter knife into the center. When it’s done it will come up clean.



Step 5
Let cool completely before frosting.

In a stand mixer or with a handheld mixer, whip together butter, peanut butter, vanilla and sugar. Whip until light.
Step 7
Add in milk until your desired consistency is reached. Frost with an offset spatula.
