Instructions
Step 1
Slowly brown meat, spoon off any excess fat.
Step 2
Add the next 5 ingredients.
Step 3
Simmer uncovered 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 4
Meanwhile cook lasagna noodles in a large amount of boiling salted water until tender.
Step 5
Drain and rinse in cool water.
Step 6
In a medium bowl beat eggs, add remaining ingredients except for mozzarella cheese.
Step 7
Layer half the noodles in a 9x13x2 pan.
Step 8
Spread with half the cottage cheese filling; add half the mozzarella and half the meat sauce.
Step 9
Repeat.
