Crispy smashed potatoes

Instructions

Step 1
Put the potatoes in a large saucepan with salt and water. Boil on high heat. Reduce to simmer and cook until tender. 30 minutes.
Step 2
Remove potatoes individuallyvand let them drain on tea towels on benchtop.
Step 3
Use thermi cap to flatten pitatoes.
Step 4
Line tray with al foil and bakibg paper. Put potatoes in.
Step 5
Heat oven 230 deg
Step 6
Sprinkles potatoes salt and pepper and olive oil.
Step 7
Roast until crisp and golden. 30 -40 minutes.
