Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to HI broil. Shred the chicken into a bowl and stir in the taco seasoning. Lay the tortillas out on a pan and fill each 2 tortillas with 2.5 oz. shredded chicken and one tablespoon shredded mozzarella cheese.
Step 2
Place in the oven and broil for three minutes or until the cheese is melted.
Step 3
Remove from oven and add toppings. Enjoy one clementine on the side.
