Dough
Filling

1 Tbsolive oil

1spanish onion
chopped

3garlic cloves
minced

0.25habanero
minced

16 ozcrabmeat

1 cupgoat cheese crumbles

1 tspthyme
chopped

¼ cupitalian parsley
chopped
Mango Chutney
Instructions
Dough
Step 1
Combine flour, salt, and butter in food processor until is becomes a coarse meal.




Step 2
Add all the water and pulse until it forms a dough.

Step 3
Allow it to rest for 30 minutes.
Step 4
Preheat oven 325 F.

Filling
Step 5
Saute over medium heat olive oil, garlic and habenaro.



Step 6
In a large mixing bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Season with salt and pepper.





Assembly
Step 7
Roll dough out on lightly floured surface making a rough circle about 1/8 inch thick. With a 3 inch diameter cookie cutter, cut circles. Place about 2 teaspoons of filling into the center of each circle. Moisten the exposed dough with a finger dipped in water. Fold empanada in half and press edge firmly together with fork. Bake for 15 minutes and serve with Mango chutney.
Mango Chutney
Step 8
Combine all ingredients in saucepan and cook for 30 minutes. Add cornstarch to thicken.
