Preheat the Cusimax electric grill to 200°C.

Slice all the vegetables and toss them in olive oil, Mediterranean spice mix, salt and pepper until they are well coated.

Grill the vegetables on the preheated grill until they are cooked to your liking.

Spread 4 tablespoons of tomato sauce on the bottom of a 20cm x 20cm baking dish.
