Instructions
Step 1
I cut the sweet potato into thick slices and cut it into cubes. I marinate it in sweet paprika, rub it with olive oil and put it in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius
Step 2
Meanwhile, I cook the cauliflower half and half in water and oat milk. After 15 min or so it is ready and can be strained and blended. I add salt, half a teaspoon of pepper and a pinch of nutmeg. Everything is blended to a smooth paste.
Step 3
I dry the prawns with a kitchen towel and fry them in hot oil with crushed garlic for 2 min on each side
