Step 1
1) Smash the bananas with a fork.

2)Add the chickpea flour and the instant yeast in a bowl and whisk together.

3) Now add the bananas, the milk, chopped walnuts and figs.

4) Stir until everything is well combined. Now pour the mixture into a baking tray. Garnish the banana bread with fresh figs

5) Bake the banana bread for 40 minutes at 180°C.
