Instructions
Step 1
Cube bread in 1x1 inch pieces and lay on baking sheet for 4 hours until stale
Step 2
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Step 3
In a saucepan melt butter. Add vegetables, base, seasoning, and broth and simmer until vegetables are soft.
Step 4
Pour mixture 1 cup at a time over bread cubes until covered (may not have to use it all) while mixing together.
Step 5
Coat a large pan in cooking spray and pour bread mixture in.
Step 6
Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes
Step 7
Remove foil and cook for additional 15 minutes
