Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350° F. Lightly grease a standard loaf pan and line the pan with a parchment sling - use binder clips to hold it in place. Using a mixer, beat the shortening to separate it a bit then add dry and wet ingredients until a thick batter is formed. Turn out better into pan and bake 45 minutes. Cool for 20 minutes then remove from pan.
