Instructions

Step 1
Put chicken breasts on bottom of oven safe dish. If your breasts are thicker than 1 inch or so I would pound them thinner or cut in half to assure there is even and faster cooking. Sprinkle with black pepper. Sprinkle with packet of ranch as evenly as possible. If you have a lot of chicken you can double the ranch. Cover chicken with as little or as much pepperoncinis as you like. These are a little spicy, sometimes I use banana peppers for no spice. Top with as much or as little mozzarella cheese as you like. Put one tablespoon of butter on each chicken breast. Bake uncovered for 35 minutes. Check that the internal temperature is at least 165 degrees Fahrenheit. Serve with favorite side dishes & enjoy!
