Instructions
Step 1
Peel, cut potatoes and boil them
Step 2
In a separate pan, put the 1/2 butter stick and sauté the onions.
Step 3
After the potatoes are soft, drain them and start to make a purée. Add milk, cream and cheeses and blend
Step 4
Add the onions, salt, pepper and a little of nutmeg
Step 5
Whisk the egg and pour it in the mixture and start whisking
Step 6
Put all the mixture on a baking dish and sprinkle parmesan on top.
Step 7
Bake at 350 until the Parmesan is golden
