Instructions
Step 1
Preheat air fryer to 400° F.

In a small mixing bowl, mash chicken thoroughly.

Add cheese, egg, and any desired seasoning to chicken, combining well.

With hands, spoon, or scooper, form chicken mixture into nugget shape - can also be formed into patty shape if desired but you may need to adjust cooking time.

Once air fryer has preheated, add formed nuggets and cook for about 10 minutes, flipping once halfway through - if making patties you may need to adjust cooking time.
Step 6
Let cool and serve on its own with some dipping sauce, with a salad, on a wrap or bread.
