Step 1
Seared the fish that was seasoned with salt- flesh side down for 4-5 min in a bit of olive oil on med-high, flipped it over and seared for another 4 min. Removed from skillet.
Step 2
Chopped a tomato and cooked it with 3 cubes frozen garlic for a few min in the skillet in whatever sauce/olive oil was left from the fish. Added the spinach, seasoned with garlic salt, cooked for a few min till it looked ready. Placed the fish slices back in the pot topped with the mixture and let it cook on low covered for 2 min
