Another great 15 minute meal. I actually like this one a lot, especially with the spinach cooked after. Anyone impressed as much as me on how much spinach shrinks down 😂😂

Instructions
Step 1
1. Season salmon with salt and pepper generously

2. In a hot pan add olive oil

3. Once oil begins to smoke add in salmon, skin side down

4. Cook until skin begins to crisp, approximately 2 minutes on high heat

5. Flip and lower the heat to medium

6. Add butter, minced garlic, and lemon juice

7. Sauté until fragrant

8. Tilt the pan and submerge salmon with the garlic butter
Step 9
9. Finish cooking salmon through and set aside on paper towels to absorb excess oil and butter
Step 10
10. In the same pan with the remaining butter, add spinach
Step 11
11. Sauté until desired doneness

12. Plate and serve
