Instructions
Step 1
Add all ingredients down to Vegeta to the stock pot and cover with water. Simmer for about one hour then let cool.
Step 2
Strain out liquid and reserve.
Step 3
Pick all meat off fish heads and reserve.
Step 4
Chop up all other veggies when ready to make soup and cook in the reserved broth. More aromatics can be added at this point as well.
Step 5
To plate, add soup with veggies to bowls and add meat at the end to the bowls as to not overcook it.
