Step 1
Heat a spray of oil in a frying pan. Cook the halloumi for 2 minutes on each side.
Step 2
Make the dressing by adding all the to a jar or bowl shake or whisk to combine.
Step 3
Assemble the salad by adding the watercress between 2 bowls. Top with the sun dried tomatoes, olives and halloumi. Pour over the dressing. 😊
