Step 1
Place the chicken and veggies in a 1 gallon freezer bag. Drizzle with olive oil and pour in the fajita seasoning and pepper.
Step 2
Seal the bag tightly and remove all air. Move the bag with your hands to coat the meat and veggies evenly. Freeze flat.
Step 3
Crockpot cooking instructions: Thaw the bag slightly, typically 1 to 2 hours. Pour the contents of the bag into the slow cooker. Cook on high for 4-6 hours or until chicken in cooked through and can be shredded with a fork.
