Instructions

Step 1
Cut the cooked potato into 4 even wedges.
Step 2
Scoop or cut out the potato flesh, leaving about a ¼ in. of skin.
Step 3
Place the skins in a spoke-like fashion around the plate.
Step 4
Sprinkle with bacon, onions and cheese.
Step 5
Do not cover. Tap "Send to microwave" to start cooking.
