Instructions
Step 1
Plug thermometer into grill. Select grill, manual, 150 degrees and start. Allow to preheat.
Step 2
Mix seasoning into meat and form into 6 - 2.9 oz patties.
Step 3
Insert thermometer into the center of one patty and place all patties on the grill
Step 4
Grill until the patty reaches an internal temp of 150, flipping halfway through. Then rest outside of grill for several minutes.
