Pickled Red Onions (1L mason jar)
(I make always a Bigger Batch in a 1L Mason Jar, it holds well in the fridge and once you start working with it you will put it on everything)

Instructions
Step 1
Fill the sliced onions in the (very clean) Mason Jar(you can also wash the onions with Cold water before filling it into the Jar if you want to remove some of the strong Onion Flavour)
Step 2
• Combine the other ingredients in a Small pot and bring to a Simmer
Step 3
• Pour the Pickling Liquid over the onions in the Jar, close it down, give it a shake and let it sit for at least 30min but best overnight in the fridge.
Step 4
• Make sure that the onions a completely submerged in the Liquid, if not top it off with some more Vinegar.
