6 Tbspunsalted butter
4 tspgarlic

⅔ cupchicken stock
½ cupworcestershire sauce
2 tsplemon juice
fresh preferred
1 Tbsponion powder
2 tspdried thyme
1 tspdried basil
1 tspblack pepper
¼ tspchili powder
1 pinchwhite pepper
2 cupsheavy cream
Shrimp Seasoning
Instructions
Step 1
Put 3 cups of white rice on to cook.
Step 2
Peel shrimp.
Step 3
Preheat oven to 375F (400 for conventional oven).
Step 4
Portion out seasonings for shrimp and sauce.

Over medium high heat, melt butter; add garlic. Cook for ~1min. Add all other ingredient except heavy cream, stir and cook for ~3min. Add heavy cream. When sauce starts to bubble, reduce heat to medium, and cook for 10 min or until sauce thickens slightly. Put aside.
Step 7
Mix together shrimp seasoning. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Lay shrimp down, sprinkle generously with seasoning, flip shrimp, brush with melted butter, and season. Bake in oven for 7-8min until browned and cooked through.
Step 8
Serve over 1 cup cooked rice in the middle of the plate, sauce on plate, shrimp, top with diced tomatoes and spring onions if desired, and more sauce.
