Instructions
Step 1
1. Boil pasta according to box directions. Save 1/2 cup of pasta water. Set aside.
Step 2
2. Using kitchen shears, cut lobsters in half and place in cast iron skillet.
Step 3
3. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, Spicelopedia’s Rajun Cajun seasoning, garlic powder and paprika. Mix well. Pour butter mixture on top of the lobsters. Bake on 400 degrees for 12-15 until the meat is opaque.

4. Season shrimp to taste with Spicelopedia’s Rajun Cajun Seasoning, garlic powder and paprika to taste.

5. In a large skillet, add two tablespoons of olive oil. Sear shrimp on medium high heat until the shrimp is fully cooked. Remove shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
Step 6
6. Add more olive oil and sauté minced shallots and garlic until translucent.
Step 7
7. Deglaze the skillet with white wine. Add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese. Simmer until the sauce has thickened and then season with 1 teaspoon of Spicelopedia’s Rajun Cajun seasoning. Add pasta water.

8. Add cooked pasta and shrimp back to the skillet and toss until well combined.
Step 9
9. Plate shrimp pasta and top with baked lobster. Garnish with fresh parsley.
