High Protein & Low Calorie💪🏼 These cheesy garlic bread rolls are super easy to make & the dough only requires 2 ingredients🔥 Compared to a fast food version these are a great lower calorie, lower fat & higher protein version that can be prepped in bulk & taste incredible 🤤 (Per Roll - 8 Rolls Total) 173 Calories 18gC | 4gF | 14gP Ingredients 👇🏼 - 250g Self Raising Flour (Brand: Vetta Smart Self Raising Flour - or you can use plain flour mixed with 4 Tsp of baking powder & salt) - 270g Plain Greek Yoghurt (Brand: YoPro Plain) - Garlic Powder (optional) - 30g Melted Light Butter (Brand: Nuttelex Light) - 3 Garlic Cloves - Oregano - 65g Light/Low Fat Cheese (Brand: Bega 50% Less Fat Grated Cheese) - 15g Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese Bake in the oven at 180 degrees celsius for 20 - 24 min. (times may vary slightly depending on the oven) This recipe makes 8 rolls in total.
