Instructions
Step 1
Add two cups of oats to a bowl with 2 cups of water . Stir and let it sit 5 minutes


Step 2
Add eggs sugar and yeast and mix then add flour and salt . Mix well then drizzle the Ive oil on and mix until a dough forms . Knead for a few minutes until smooth then put in a greased bowl covered in a warm place and let the dough rise 90 minutes





Step 3
Punch down the dough Divide into 12 then roll into balls . Place on a lined baking tray and cover 40 more minutes . Once risen brush with water or egg wash and sprinkle sesame seeds all over . Bake at 175 c / 350 f fan setting for 12-15 minutes or until golden and fluffy . Keep stored in a sealed container these stay fresh for ages
