Instructions

Step 1
In a bowl, mix your 2 sugars and ginger together until combined.
Step 2
Mix in your shortening until it's combined.
Step 3
Add in your molasses, sour cream, milk, and eggs and mix until throughly combined.
Step 4
Slowly add in your flour one cup at a time so as to not add too much flour, once it's thick it's ready.
Step 5
(Chill for 30 minutes if you'd like to make into shapes with cookie cutters.)
Step 6
Put flower on your hands and roll out a ball about inch thick and press down when it feels sticky.
Step 7
Put in oven at 350 for 7-10 minutes or until it looks done.
