Instructions

Step 1
Preheat Grill to medium Heat about 400 - 450°F.
Step 2
Mix a few tablespoons of the sweet chili sauce with equal parts soy sauce together in a small bowl.
Step 3
Clean the chicken breasts pat dry and season both generously with sea salt and garlic powder.
Step 4
Cook chicken on grill to 165°F. Internal temperature. With a barbecue mop or pastry brush coat the chicken with the sweet chili sauce on both sides of each chicken breast and cook until soft has caramelized lightly and then take the chicken off the grill to a plate and rest a few minutes then serve and enjoy.
