½ teaspoonpepper
⅓ cupall-purpose flour
⅓ cupwater
cold
1 x 8 ouncescream cheese
package, cubed and softened
8 ouncescheddar cheese
shredded
12 ouncesbeer
Instructions
Step 1
Spray a 3-qt. slow cooker with cooking spray. Add the first eight ingredients to the slow cooker; stir to combine. Cover and cook on low for 7 hours. In a small bowl, combine flour and water until smooth; stir into soup. Cover and cook on high for 30 minutes or until thickened. Add cheeses; stir until blended. Stir in beer. Cover and cook on low for 15 minutes or until heated through.
