I’ve been on the hunt for more vegan, plant-based protein snacks, and this is my new favorite! Trader Joe’s has two Frooze Ball flavors (PB Hazelnut and PB&J) and they are so good I wouldn’t even know it’s healthy 🤪 but adding them as a base to these yogurt cups is such a great way to step up my snack game!

Instructions
Step 1
Put a frooze ball in each section of a mini muffin tin. Then use your thumb to smush it into a solid base that covers the bottom of the divot.

Add cashew yogurt and freeze for at least 2 hours

Top with peanut butter and then freeze for another hour
