Instructions
Step 1
In a large skillet over high heat add olive oil and beef and onion. Add in salt, pepper, cumin, and 7 spice. Continue to cook stirring occasionally over high heat until fully cooked. Add in frozen vegetables and cook until defrosted. Cut the heat. Prepare your potatoes by peeling then use a vegetable corer to core the inside. Stuff your potatoes with the beef mixture and place in a baking dish. Pour broth over the potatoes cover with a aluminum foil and bake at 400° for 45 minutes in a large bowl combine tomato paste, warm water, salt, pepper, garlic powder and oregano and pour over potato mixture place back in the oven covered for an additional 60 minutes then enjoy!
