Step 1
Stab roast with fork all over.

Step 2
Sprinkle meat tenderizer and montreal seasonings. Drizzle a1 and worcestershire over top.
Step 3
Place small amount of beef broth in bottom of crockpot. Place in roast with seasoned side down. Repeat seasoning steps on top. Add a little more broth on top of roast.
Step 4
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
