Instructions
Step 1
Place butter in the freezer
Step 2
Add all dry ingredients together and mix
Step 3
Using a cheese grater grate you butter and mix with the dry ingredient’s
Step 4
Add your buttermilk and mix with spatula until it’s combined don’t over mix
Step 5
Place dough on floured surface and press dough down with your hands and fold in half repeat this process about 4 times
Step 6
Press dough down until 1 inch thick and using a biscuit cutter of a round cup cut out your biscuits
Step 7
Place very closely in a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 400 for about 10 mins
Step 8
One out of the oven let them cool for a couple minutes and enjoy
