Chicken Fajitas with Peppers

Fajitas are a go to meal as they're a fun way to build your own food at the table. We'll have some sauteed chicken and peppers, along with rice, beans, cheese, tortillas, salsa, and lettuce. Make tacos, or make it into a bowl, and mix it up as you see fit.

Chicken Marinade Mix

2 lbboneless skinless chicken breasts
cubed

⅓ cupfat free Italian dressing

⅓ cuphot sauce

⅓ cuplime juice

7golive oil

2 tspthyme

½ tspground allspice

¼ tspground nutmeg

¼ tspcinnamon
Onion and peppers mix

3bell peppers
cut long

2onions
cut long

30gfat free Italian dressing

30ghot sauce

30glime juice

7golive oil

Instructions
Step 1
Cut up the peppers and onions and add them to a large skillet. Dice up the chicken and add to a large bowl



Step 2
Prepare the marinade in a bowl and mix with the diced chicken








Step 3
Cook the peppers, onions, and seasoning over medium to medium high heat until fully cooked. Set aside





Step 4
Cook the chicken over medium to medium high heat until fully cooked
Step 5
Add in the peppers and onion and mix
Step 6

Serve with rice and beans, and tortillas
