Step 1
Mix flour, garlic salt and pepper in a shallow dish. Dredge pork chops in flour mixture and brown in a frying pan in 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Place pork chops in bottom of crockpot. Place onion rings on top of chops. Add chicken broth to crockpot. Cook on low for 6 - 8 hours. 15 to 30 minutes before serving, remove chops from crockpot. Mix sour cream and 2 tablespoons of flour and stir into liquid in crockpot. Replace chops into crockpot and cook on high for 15 to 30 minutes. Serve.
