Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Step 2
Roll crescent rolls flat onto buttered baking sheet. Spread until entire sheet is covered with a small lip on all sides. Bake at 375 for 10-13 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
Step 3
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, finely chopped onions, ands Lipton vegetable soup mix. Beat with mixer until creamy.
Step 4
Finely chop broccoli, cauliflower, carrots and radishes. * You can use a food processor for this step to save time.
Step 5
Finely chop by hand the scallions, red and green peppers.
Step 6
Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crescent rolls. Sprinkle each of the broccoli, cauliflower, radishes, green peppers, and red peppers (in that order) over cream cheese mixture. Pat the vegetables down into the cream cheese mixture, cover, and refrigerate over night.
Step 7
Slice into squares and serve.
